Cast Iron Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Cast Iron Garlic Butter Steak Bites

A quick, flavorful recipe perfect for showcasing the rich taste of GWT Beef. This one’s great for weeknights, grilling nights, or even as an appetizer for family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb GWT Beef steak (sirloin, ribeye, or tenderloin), cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4–5 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt & fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional for that cowboy kick)
  • Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Beef
Pat the beef dry and season generously with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Let it rest at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  2. Sear
Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over high heat. Once hot, add the steak bites in a single layer. Do not overcrowd—cook in batches if needed. Sear 1–2 minutes per side for a perfect crust.
  3. Add Flavor
Reduce heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic. Toss the steak bites in the melted garlic butter for another minute.
  4. Serve
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
