Where heritage meets prime quality
At GWT Beef, our story begins on the open range and runs deep through generations. Born from the partnership of two Oklahoma families—each rooted in the rich soil of Centennial Farms—we carry forward the legacy of the Great Western Cattle Trail. With a shared commitment to land, livestock, and tradition, we’ve built more than just a beef company—we’ve built a bridge between the past and your plate.
We believe quality starts long before the cut. Through careful pasture rotation, proprietary feed blends, and humane animal care, every step of our process reflects a lifetime of ranching wisdom. Our beef isn’t mass-produced—it’s hand-selected, responsibly raised, and flavor-rich. When you choose GWT, you're not just enjoying a great meal—you're savoring a legacy.

GWT Beef believes our Heavenly Father is who supplies our needs whether by means of rains, grasses, wisdom or our customers. Because we have been provided for we want to pass those blessings on.
What We Give
We believe in giving back with grateful hearts — through tithes to our Creator and support to those in need. For us, it’s more than a duty; it’s a meaningful expression of love and gratitude. Every act of giving is a chance to reflect His kindness and make a difference.
How We Give
With each time you order, there will be an option for you to join us in giving to charities and agriculture based youth organizations. Monthly donations will be added up and our customer’s donations along with GWTs will be sent to the organizations.
You Giving Counts
At the end of the year, we’ll review your total contributions, and if they meet the necessary amount, we’ll send you a tax receipt. This document can be used when filing your taxes. It’s our way of helping you stay organized and compliant.

We are proud to be available at Cowtown Market right in the heart of the Oklahoma City Stockyards, where they carry GWT Beef specialty products and Beef Sticks. Cowtown Market is a creative marketplace filled with small business booths offering handmade goods, vintage finds, gifts, tasty treats & meats, and more! If you are traveling to the Oklahoma City area add the stockyards to your list of places to attend. Eat a steak at the historic Cattleman’s restaurant, grab cowboy clothing at Langston’s, a custom shaped hat at Shorty’s, plus great home décor and more in surrounding stores. If you are there on a Monday or Tuesday grab a piece of history and stop in to watch a live cattle auction.
