Quail is a culinary delight.  It is versatile to prepare; whether battered and fried, bacon wrapped and grilled, simmered in wine sauce or roasted with fruits and vegetable these birds add sophistication to your meal.  The meat is naturally moist, tender and juicy, making it a succulent poultry option. The flavor of bobwhite quail is influenced by their diet, which includes a variety of seeds, grains, flowers and fruits.  The variety of our quail are Georgia Giant Bobwhite, larger quail than typical wild bobwhite.
