Description

As traditional on the farm as apple pie, stew was not only a main stable on the trail, it has been on the family farm/ranch too.  Let’s not hold these robust flavored pieces of beef back in just stew.  Take them and make beautiful skewers for the grill or braise them for the comfort food of beef tips and rice.
